Amies International sucessfully advised Brittons on sale of £20m turnover regional builders merchant group to Travis Perkins.

"Travis Perkins have extented their presence in Wales with the purchase of two more merchant companies. Brittons, based in Cardiff have two branches in the city, plus Barry, Saltash in Cornwall and Swansea. The company turned over £19.1m in the financial year to the end of May 2003 and made profits of £388,000. The other TP purchase is the one branch business OJ Williams & Son."
