Negotiation & Evaluation of Bids
- Establish bidding procedures based upon the degree of buyer interest,
- Assist or represent the shareholders in negotiations with interested parties
- Receive and evaluate bids
- Liaise with solicitors in the preparation and negotiation of legal documentation, particularly the sale and purchase contract.
Due Diligence & Completion
- Advise on completion procedures, including letters of intent, due diligence investigations and exchange of contracts
- Monitor completion of the transaction and transfer of consideration.
