Didier graduated in agricultural sciences and gained his MBA from INSEAD. He is a successful industrialist who has risen to the position of Managing Director or Chairman in a number of packaging and food manufacturing companies.
Didier was also Chief Executive of Group CLAUSE (a European Agribusiness Group) and he has considerable experience in mergers, acquisitions and creating joint ventures/subsidiaries, both as principal and intermediary.
