Johannes is Dutch by birth and is a director of PMU Trust in Frankfurt, Germany. PMU Trust is engaged in corporate finance and mergers & acquisitions work, mostly for midsized family owned firms.
The firm is focussed on the pharmaceutical and construction/builders merchants sectors in Germany with a number of successfully completed assignments. He read economics at St Gallen in Switzerland and gained an MBA at INSEAD.
Johannes moved to Germany to work for Roland Berger corporate strategy consultants and Warburg prior to founding PMU Trust in 1994. Johannes speaks fluent English, French and German as well as Dutch.
